Pediatric Urology check up

We went for a ultrasound and appointment with the Pediatric Urologist at Arkansas Children's today. His left kidney is down from 9.1cm to 8.6cm. Dr Canon said that it is a good sign to see it go down in size, but it was not enough of a decrease for him to be happy with just yet. So in 6 months, May 2015, we will have another ultrasound and appointment with the Dr. He wants to see a bigger decrease in the kidney. If not we will do further testing, starting with another Renogram. Asking as Will continues to grow, thrive and not show any signs of pain we will continue to watch it and reevaluate in 6 months.

Tube removal

Maddie had a quick little procedure today to take out one of her ear tubes that has been in too long. She took it like a champ! What a big girl. She has a small boo boo on her ear with some stitches, but seems in great spirits unless it gets bumped. 

For doing so great she got a Sophia amulet, lunch of her choice to slim chickens for Mac n cheese, and ice cream with sprinkles.

9 months

You are 9 months old today.

You are 20lbs 12.5 ozs(69.83%), 27 inches long (6.45%) and 18.5 inch head(94.32%) 

You are wearing size 4 diaper.

You are wearing 6-12 month and 9-12 month clothes.

You are wearing size 4 wide shoes.

You are trying very hard to get on your hands and knees to start crawling more. You can crawl with your elbows. You roll a lot and can get around where you want pretty well.

You want to pull up but can't get your legs figured out just yet, but when helped you stand up well and have even gotten brave and let go a few times and stood for just a few seconds by yourself

You still don't have any teeth, but It will be soon

You are a very happy baby.

You like balls, cars, blocks. Really anything that you can bang with. 

You eat any and everything that is given to you. 

Halloween
