February has been a busy one! Can't believe how fast the past year has gone by.
I try to take Maddie for donuts a couple times a month. On this particular visit she wanted the "big brown one" like daddy gets. So that is what she got, a apple fritter. She ate the whole thing by herself!
Will had a couple of donut holes. He's not much into sweet food.
While Daddy was out of town for the night to get Papaw for Will's party Maddir had a sleepover in my bed.
So of course it called for silly pictures, per her request.

We have visited the Gymbacks again, this time was no different than the last time. Maddie only like the girl mascot.

As always...wouldn't be a Maddie picture without some silliness.
This never happens, not once in her almost 4 years has she fallen asleep on me on the couch. Sat down to watch a movie on Will's birthday and within a few minutes she was asleep on my arm, and slept for several hours!

Maddie and I rounded out the day with a shopping trip. Was meant to get Will a build a bear and find me a few new clothes. We did get the bear, but I got no clothes. My kiddos did though, always makes me happy!
Maddie is really into My Little Pony right now. She was really excited to find this jacket. Her favorite is Rainbow Dash, didn't bother her that this one was Balloon Pop.
I missed our annual picture at Chickfila on Valentine's Day.
Daddy's birthday is the day after Valentine's Day, so Maddie and I baked him a cake. My first time making one from scratch. It was delish!!! Maddie insisted on sprinkles and lots of candles.
Then it snowed on Sunday night, work was canceled on Monday so we spent a day at home playing.
I enjoyed the time, I can't even remember how I stayed at home everyday before. I was beat by the end of the day, and I even took a nap!

Will had not been feeling well since his birthday, which is unlike him. I wrote it off as teething. He seemed to get worse over the next few days, so much so I left him with papae instead of sending him to school.
After a visit to the pediatrician, he has a confirmed "bad" double ear infection and is getting a mouth full of teeth.
So the pediatrician wants us to see a ENT about tubes.
Poor guy has had a ear infection each month since November, he had no ear infection in January but did get hospitalized for pneumonia. Someone in this house has been sick, in the hospital and needing medical attention every month since we got back from vacation in August and it's not looking to end anytime soon...
Will has moved to a new "big boy" class at school. In his new class he doesn't drink from a bottle, drinks whole milk from a cup, naps on a cot and eats at a table where he sits in a chair.
Since he's a big boy at school now, I figured he could join us at the table at home too.
He didn't do to bad at all!

Maddie played dress up multiple times one day, and this was her pose every time she requested a picture.
Little man at the ENT Dr earlier this week. Found out he will be getting tubes on Tuesday.
Then it was haircut time.
Will was really good for his haircut. Such a cutie with his little boy haircut.

Went for a girls night at Junque2Jewels and made these. Can't wait to get them hung.

Friday evening it started snowing around 3. I was getting off work at 3, so I headed to get the kids. There school is about 1.5-2 miles from my work. Normal 5 min drive took me 20 minutes.
My booty met with the ground while I was walking out of there school holding Will. Luckily we were both fine, and someone else was coming out of the school at the same time and held Will for me so I could get up.
Then took me over an hour to drive the 5 miles to our house that normally takes 20-30 minutes. Traffic was pretty much gridlock.
Saturday morning I needed to go to the dr and get check out since I had lost my voice for 3 days and wasn't feeling well, so while we waited for the pharmacy to open we visited a local trampoline place to get some energy out.
Will's first time to be able to play. He had a lot of fun!
Saturday morning we found out my grandpa went to be with Jesus. My heart is so sad, but I also know he is no longer in pain and is in a much better place.
