Summer time fun...

Last Friday we spent the morning at the Splash Pad with some friends who were visiting from out of town.

Fireworks at the Crosses

Our church has these amazing Crosses and I love being able to gaze at them, especially with a beautiful sunset in the background!

Happy 4th of July week!

We've been some busy gals trying to keep from losing all sanity and find fun thing to do inside with all this warm weather we have been having. On Thursday of last week Maddie woke up at 430 am! She never does that do needless to sat we were tired!

We did go to a friends house that morning and Maddie loved his rocking chair.

We spent the afternoon at home watching Toy Story and playing in the toy room.

Saturday we went and watched Williams tennis team as they are prepping in the heat for the sectional tournament.

Maddie took a short nap while we were there. She never naps in her stroller anymore so that made me really happy!

Her legs are finally long enough that she can rise this toy now.

Sunday evening we went to Fireworks at the Crosses at our church. Maddies 1st time to see fireworks and she had a lot of fun!

She rode in her wagon, and played with friends.

She was being sociable during the fireworks.

She sat for a minute.

And then it was time to go. She was asleep in the van before we got out of the parking lot.

She loves when we play with Jack.

Maddie has decided she only likes the marshmallows out of the Lucky Charms so she dumped them out, got what she wanted and Jack ate the rest.

Summertime fun

Sunday evening we attended our friend Owens 1st birthday party and there was this cool picture frame to take pictures in.

The kids found a good use for it!

This sweet little girl had a blast! She blew bubbles, played with sidewalk chalk and ate her 1 st hot dog.

Every time I open the door to the laundry room Maddie wants a graham cracker from the rack on the door so she took it upon herself to just take one. Growing up too fast!

Tuesday we visited the Splash Park to try and keep cool in the 100 degree weather were having.

This little girl loves to be read too, I found her reading to herself! So sweet!

Yesterday we had a picnic dinner are the park before playing some tennis.

This morning we played outside, early, before Maddies nap when it was actually cool out. We enjoyed it!

This afternoon we went to a friends house to play and Maddie loved playing with baby Kellen.

It has been getting HOT everyday so we have been trying to keep cool.
