Boy or Girl?

We went and hour our 20 week ultrasound last Thursday. Baby looks great! They didn't find anything wrong, which is great news! After a little persuading we got the baby to move it's legs and found at that...

Her name will be Madelyn Grace

Thanksgiving...

We spent Thanksgiving "back home" with our family. We had such a wonderful time!

One day my mom and I had lunch, another day I baked Spiced Pecans and Pumpkin Praline Pies, then we had 2 Thanksgiving dinners to go to, and some good deals to be found on Black Friday!

This is my brother's little boy, his name is Fallan and he is 3 months old. He liked Jack alot!

This is how Fallan spent Thanksgiving dinner:)
Then, we were off to Mississippi. We drive down a road that is about 12 miles once you get off the interstate and the scenery is just so beautiful!
At the next thanksgiving dinner we spent time with William's family.

This is our niece Lilly, she is 2 1/2.
This is Chris Jr, he is 8 months old.
William, Chris & Chris Jr.
We had a wonderful trip and can't wait until next year when we get to show our little baby off to all the family!

New Pillows

I started making these pillows a week ago! Between working and making other things I finished them up today.

I love how they turned out and so did William!

These are the 2 bigger pillows for the couch.

These are the 2 smaller pillows for the couch.
This is the pillow for the recliner.
This is how the pets spent there Saturday/Sunday night while I was sewing and William was watching football.

Rylee slept on the couch, since my sewing stuff was on her window purch.
Jack slept on William's leg, nothing out of the ordinary there!

Christmas decorations!

So when Nov 1 hit I was ready to get the Christmas decorations down out of the attic. My sweet hubby knows just how much I love Christmas so I got all the stuff down for me!

I bought alot of stuff after Christmas last year that I have to put together so I want to be able to get that all put together and up before Thanksgiving.

Incase you can't tell from this picture, Christmas is my FAV holiday!:)

New Camera Strap Cover

I got a new camera a few months ago, and couldn't decide on a cover that I wanted from Etsy so I finally just made one myself. It is very comfy and I love it! I even included a lens holder on it. It's a little bigger than the strap it's self but it makes it rest more naturally on my neck that way.

Happy Halloween!

As usual I dressed up the poor dog as a Pumpkin. He doesn't mind the costume so much but he hates the hat!

I probably won't dress him up anymore after this year, I will have a new little baby doll to dress up:)

While I was trying to cut out my fabric for the pillows I was making this is what the cat decided to do. Guess she didn't see the problem with this?

15 weeks...

We are now 15 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Our due date is April 28, 2011. Right now I am feeling GREAT! I have had a cold for a little over a week now.

We go on Dec. 2 to find out what our little peanut is. We already have names picked out: Madelyn Grace or William Edward III

VACATION...Florida!

Last week we left for Vacation on Friday after William got off work. But, that wasn't all that was so exciting about that day. I started off the morning with an interview at Mercy on the Women's and Children's floor. For anyone that knows me, knows this is my dream job! So, after my interview we headed to Fayetteville for our first ultrasound to see our little peanut. Everything was great, the baby was just measuring smaller than should have been for the amount of week that I was so the Dr. changed my due date to April 28, 2011. Then, I went to meet some sweet friend for lunch and show off my peanut! As I was walking in to lunch I got a call back from Mercy with a job offer. Talking about shocked! That was totally a God thing!

So, onto VACATION!

We arrived in Panama City Beach on Saturday afternoon around 2pm, and this was the view from our balcony.

Simply AMAZING! Then we sat on the balcony and watched the sunset, after we visited this amazing little mall that was 1 mile from our hotel. Pier Park had lots fun little shops and places to eat that we had never heard of and were very excited to be able to try. We started with 5 guys burgers & fried. Very YUMMY!
My sweetie on our balcony watching the sunset.
The last peak of the sun for Saturday
Our signature on the beach for our vacay!

Sunday we went to Gulf World, just across the road from our hotel. It was lots of fun to watch the different shows that they had to offer.

The pond when you first walk in.
Florida Alligator
We attended the parrot show, HILAROUS!
I got to pet the sting rays.
Last but not least, the dolphin show. Lots of fun!
For dinner we ate at Pineapple Willy's. YUMMY!
Monday we had pictures on the beach, here is a sneak peek. When I get them in, I will post more of them. It should be about a month.
Tuesday we headed over to this interesting little building called Wonder Works. The outside of the building looks like it is upside down.

This is in the lobby.

The first thing you entered was a spinning tunnel, weird! Then you saw this Hurricane Shack. The wind speeds were only 76 mph, which is half of a Cat. 1 Hurricane. 76 mph wasn't bad but there is no way I could stand if it were 150mph.
There were these cool screens that gave you different facts. This one was interesting!
How cold was the water at the Titantic and you had to keep you hand in the water for 15 seconds, just so you know it was COLD!
This was the different angles that the boat was at as it went down.

This was a 3 sided pulley chair, each one was harder than the first.
William playing virtual basketball.
Then, the bed of nails. I didn't do this but those nails were sharp.

This was a piano that you could play by walking on it.
William is an astronaut!
On our last day in town, we played putt-putt, ate dinner at this really good steak house called Angelo's and went to an arcade and rode go-carts.

The thing I miss the most was walking down to the beach after dark every night, swimming and getting in the hot tub after dark and sleeping in!

Thursday morning we got up early and headed back to Mississippi to visit the family.
This is the tunnel in Mobile, AL.

We made it to William's dads and I got to see this sweet little girl!
