Fun week with my girl!

I worked again this weekend. Last one for a while!:)

Winter

I had to work this weekend so Daddy and Maddie got to spend some good time together.

Sunday afternoon they went to a local jump place. Maddie liked some things but it was a bit busy there and with kids running everywhere she would get a little scared.

But, she did love Melmo(Elmo)!

Maddie really loves our cat Rylee! Rylee is warming up to Maddie as she learns to be more gentle and not pull hair.

I can't say the same for our dog, Jack.

One day at naptime Maddie brought her baby to her rom to go nite nite. It was so sweet.

Once baby was asleep she brought every blanket she has to her bed.

As soon as I laid her down and left the room I saw she had the pak n play in her bed.

I let her stay that way a few minutes then had to go take the baby bed and blankets out of her bed so she could get to sleep.

21 months

You have a love hate relationship with taking baths. Somedays you love your bath and somedays you hate your bath and scream no the entire time.

Compass Bowl

William asked for tickets to the Ole Miss bowl game for Christmas so that is just what he got!:)

We headed to Tupelo from Sardis the night before. That was half way from where we were staying.

We stopped in Oxford for some Ole Miss clothes shopping and lunch and Handy Andy Grocery. It was great! Can't wait to go back! Wish we had eaten there when we lived there.

After lunch we headed to Tupelo. We checked into our hotel and went for some more shopping. I got the pink sparkly toms I had been wanting for $20! SCORE! And a Ole Miss necklace!:)

Then we headed for a steak dinner and back to our room for sleep. That was my 1st night without being with Maddie. I did ok but woke up at 4:15am and couldn't go back to sleep but that's ok we were getting up at 5 anyway.

We got up before the sun was up and ate IHOP for breakfast then headed to Birmingham.

I so enjoyed my time away with my sweet hubby! Can't believe its been almost 10 years.

After 9 days, 1800 miles and having a lot of fun we made it home!

One day before Maddies nap we had been watching TV and I said let's go nite nite and turned the TV off so she went and was pushing buttons trying to turn it back on. Little stinker!:)
