Memorial Day weekend.

Maddie giving mommy a hard time on Friday while we were out shopping. We did this for 30 minutes all over the van. Being one handed stinks when you are by yourself with your kid and can't just grab them.

This is at 7am on Memorial Day because this little stinker has decided that 5-5:30 is a good wake up time. Mommy begs to differ but it was all fun to be had!

This little girl was crying to go outside while it was raining and we were under a tornado warning.

1st surgery.

I am a little behind. I had surgery on Tuesday and was having hand and arm pain before that so I am finally posting.

Went to the Dr 2 weeks ago and he told me I needed surgery quickly for my carpal tunnel.  I have had it for 9 years and he was concerned about me having nerve damage since it has been so long and my numbness is not going away. 

The middle line is the incision line that he drew telling me where it would be. 

It snowed in May and was in the 30's!

Maddie woke up from her nap crying for Ice cream so Daddy delivered her some ice cream after he got home from work.

5 days since surgery. I drove for the first time today. I just took my first pain pill of the day. 9 days until  I get my stitches removed. This is tough because the Dr did the surgery on my right hand first, which is my dominant hand. It's hard to do everything! I can't put on make up or fix my hair along with many other things!
