Mississippi trip.

We had a nice visit with the family this weekend! Baby Wills first trip to Mississippi. 

We stopped by West Memphis to visit my mom and granny on Thursday before we headed to Mississippi. Sweet little Maddie loves her Nana and Granny! :)

Papaw met us at our hotel on Thursday evening to visit before bedtime. We spent the day Friday visiting with Papaw and picking fresh strawberries and playing outside.

Baby Will is a tiny bit spoiled and only wanted his mommy to hold him to sleep:) I'll take it while I can!

Friday evening we swam in the hotel pool. Maddie got brave and was swimming by herself with her life jacket on. 

Saturday we visited with our Lewallen cousins.

We stopped by Papaws for some homemade sausage gravy and homemade biscuits! It was yummy!

We had a fun trip! But as usual glad to be going back home:)

She picked up the hotel room phone one night and said "Hi, this is Casey Lewallen"

3 month urologist appt

Today we had Wills 3 month urologist appointment at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock. He had a Renogram, which is a test to tell us how well the kidneys are functioning. The right kidney is working at 51% and the left is working at 49%. This is GREAT news! As long as Will doesn't have any problems related to his urinary system between now and August we will have another follow up then with a ultrasound. The Dr said that he has a 50% chance of needing surgery. This could come about at any time is the kidney worsens or ultrasound or Renogram shows something of concern in the future. Until then we wait, and Thank God for everything!

Last weekend there was an event called Touch a Truck locally. Maddie had a blast!
