VACATION...Florida!

Last week we left for Vacation on Friday after William got off work. But, that wasn't all that was so exciting about that day. I started off the morning with an interview at Mercy on the Women's and Children's floor. For anyone that knows me, knows this is my dream job! So, after my interview we headed to Fayetteville for our first ultrasound to see our little peanut. Everything was great, the baby was just measuring smaller than should have been for the amount of week that I was so the Dr. changed my due date to April 28, 2011. Then, I went to meet some sweet friend for lunch and show off my peanut! As I was walking in to lunch I got a call back from Mercy with a job offer. Talking about shocked! That was totally a God thing!

So, onto VACATION!

We arrived in Panama City Beach on Saturday afternoon around 2pm, and this was the view from our balcony.

Simply AMAZING! Then we sat on the balcony and watched the sunset, after we visited this amazing little mall that was 1 mile from our hotel. Pier Park had lots fun little shops and places to eat that we had never heard of and were very excited to be able to try. We started with 5 guys burgers & fried. Very YUMMY!
My sweetie on our balcony watching the sunset.
The last peak of the sun for Saturday
Our signature on the beach for our vacay!

Sunday we went to Gulf World, just across the road from our hotel. It was lots of fun to watch the different shows that they had to offer.

The pond when you first walk in.
Florida Alligator
We attended the parrot show, HILAROUS!
I got to pet the sting rays.
Last but not least, the dolphin show. Lots of fun!
For dinner we ate at Pineapple Willy's. YUMMY!
Monday we had pictures on the beach, here is a sneak peek. When I get them in, I will post more of them. It should be about a month.
Tuesday we headed over to this interesting little building called Wonder Works. The outside of the building looks like it is upside down.

This is in the lobby.

The first thing you entered was a spinning tunnel, weird! Then you saw this Hurricane Shack. The wind speeds were only 76 mph, which is half of a Cat. 1 Hurricane. 76 mph wasn't bad but there is no way I could stand if it were 150mph.
There were these cool screens that gave you different facts. This one was interesting!
How cold was the water at the Titantic and you had to keep you hand in the water for 15 seconds, just so you know it was COLD!
This was the different angles that the boat was at as it went down.

This was a 3 sided pulley chair, each one was harder than the first.
William playing virtual basketball.
Then, the bed of nails. I didn't do this but those nails were sharp.

This was a piano that you could play by walking on it.
William is an astronaut!
On our last day in town, we played putt-putt, ate dinner at this really good steak house called Angelo's and went to an arcade and rode go-carts.

The thing I miss the most was walking down to the beach after dark every night, swimming and getting in the hot tub after dark and sleeping in!

Thursday morning we got up early and headed back to Mississippi to visit the family.
This is the tunnel in Mobile, AL.

We made it to William's dads and I got to see this sweet little girl!

Your vacation sounds great. You haven't posted in a while and I'm hoping your pregnancy is still going well.
