1st Zoo Trip

Today we took Maddie to the Tulsa Zoo for her 1st Birthday. She had a lot of fun!

This goose was on the walkway just as you walked in. It wouldn't move and i guess I was too close because it hissed at me:/

We made our way to the giraffes and I think Maddie loved them just a little.

We took a brake for lunch, watched a Sea Lion show then headed on to finish out zoo trip. When we got to the Meerkats we sat one of them carrying a baby. The zoo keeper was also out watching. The baby in this picture is only 2 1/2 weeks old and the zoo hasn't even announced its arrival yet because they are wanting to make sure it survives. It is the zoos first baby meerkat in 14 years. I thought it was so cool!
