Santa Claus.

This girl is getting so big! Daddy had a tournament last weekend so we went to watch. Last year at this tournament Maddie was barely crawling and this time she ran all over and crawled on bleachers and was just busy!

Taking a break in her stroller having a apple.

Visiting Santa Claus.

When we got there the machine was broken so Santa did a short story time. We sat and listened for a while then we went and ate pizza and when we came back to see him I had to sit with her to get a picture.

Mommy worked late on Monday night, so Tuesday morning we took it easy and had some TV time.

Playing dress up with mommys jewelry.

Having some early morning snuggles. I worked until 11 a couple of nights this week and Maddie likes to wake up at 6am so we watched a little TV until mommy could get awake enough to function.

This is how I got dressed on one morning this week and how I do most days!

Then while I was in the shower one morning Maddie took it upon herself to get on the counter by herself. Monkey!

Having lunch. She insisted on having the tray table to her high chair, then she are all her lunch! Growing up too fast!

Christmas is coming...

One day last week I was sitting in the floor crying and Maddie just came over and gave me a big hug! I just love her!

She is saying CHEESE quickly for the camera before swim class.

Saturday afternoon she had her leg up on the top of the front of her crib and then later in the afternoon she climbed her changing table and it toppled over. So we went from baby bed to...

Toddler bed. She loved it! Was sitting in her bed laughing and reading books.

When bedtime came she was so tired she went right to sleep.

She rolled off once in the night but over all did well.

Naptime was fun! It required a spanking and being put back in bed. She went to sleep after that. I call that success!

I asked for a picture before church Sunday morning and this was the face I got.

So I snuck in a picture while she was giving Jack treats.:)

She had to have pizza like mommy at lunch.:)

Our cat making sure everything is ok in the neighborhood;)

Maddie and bear sitting in the recliner getting ready to watch a Christmas movie.

It's a good movie!:)

I have had a sinus infection this week, so Maddie watched lots of TV! Here she is watching Toy Story!

She decided mid day on Tuesday she was going to open her Christmas book early!

This is the only time I let her stand in a chair and she takes full advantage of it. This is how I get things done in the kitchen.

Being a big girl and eating dinner without a high chair.

Since going to her toddler bed, she likes to wake up at 6 am or earlier. YIKES! So we watch earlier morning cartoons, up close and personal!

School wore her out, we barely got out of the parking lot.

Having a afternoon picnic.

I am not responsible for my daughter wearing my panties around her neck as a scarf. Makes me laugh though!

Life's journeys.

Saturday afternoon I would up in the ER for several hours in severe pain. I thought I had already had the miscarriage but turns out all my pain was because I was having it then. They checked by blood levels, gave me pain meds and sent me home to just make it through the pain for the next 24+ hours. This pain I speak of is like being in labor and having a contraction every 2 minutes or so with ibuprofen being the only medicine you have to take. NO FUN!

Sunday I laid in the recliner with lots of pain meds in my system and the heating pad on my belly to help the pain. William wrangled Maddie unless she wanted in the chair with me, which was often. She would play with the Christmas tree which was so sweet to me.

Sunday afternoon I started feeling a tiny bit better so I sat on the toy room with Maddie to play.

We had a sweet friend bring us dinner. Maddie played under the table during dinner. The way I felt as long as she wasn't screaming or hanging from the ceiling it was ok!

After Daddy gave her a bath and got her in Christmas Jammie's we played in the toy room until bedtime. Maddie was enjoying our time, she was popping wheelies with her doll stroller.

William has been ever so understanding in my grieving for special things that I have requested.

Here is a special angel ornament for our Christmas tree. We have many special ornaments for things that have happened each year and this one is important too.

He picked out this "Forget me not" Williow Tree Figure to go with the others that I have. It sits next to the one he gave me when Maddie was born.

He also let me pick out a special angel wing charm for my Pandora bracelet. This bracelet has become so special to me over the past few years to tell my life story. I can look at it and recall what a charm is for and be reminded of things that have molded my life.

Monday morning we had to go back to the Dr after my ER visit. My DR helped us be able to get some closure on all that has happened. I was very blessed by the care he and his nurse gave me. The nurse prayed over me before the Dr came in to talk with us.

Tuesday William went back to work. I was scared but Maddie and I made it through the day with lots of tears and prayers. We ran a few errands to keep us busy and help pass the time.

She insisted on wearing her owl hat. I thought it was so cute!

Having her muffins for breakfast.

For lunch I was having the leftover chili that my friend brought on Sunday night. I couldn't expect anything less than Maddie wanting my chili rather than her own lunch so I shared!:)

This little girl loves her Christmas tree!

"CHEESE"

Playing in her chair. One of her favs in her room.

Wednesday morning we took it easy at home since I was still hurting.

Poor dog, having to wear sunglasses...haha!

I put the Legos together and she takes them apart. :)

Having dinner in her coat and hat.

Thursday Maddie has school so while she was at school I sat at a local coffee shop reading a book and then having lunch with a sweet friend who had walked down this road that I am currently on.

Sitting in her chair reading! So big!

Maddie makes me laugh. She may only be 19 months but she has no trouble bossing our dog around and telling him to "hush" when he is barking.

I found these princesses under the tree!

I guess she likes wheat thins because I found her in her toy room with this box.

19 months

Well, this post is a little late. Better late than never!

You are 19 months old.
You weigh 27 pounds and a few ounces.
You are wearing size 4/5 diaper.
You are wearing 18-24 month and 2T pants and 2T and 3T shirts.
You are wearing size 5 shoe.
Your favorite word is mine!
You are becoming quiet a picky eater! For breakfast you like blueberry muffins, nutragrain bar or nekot peanut butter cookies. For lunch you like cheese, ham, black beans, black olives, kiwi, grapes, banana or strawberries. Not all at Once but that's the variety. For dinner she will sometimes eat what we are having or a toddler dinner tray.
You like to blow lots of kisses and tell everybody bye bye!
You have your 6 month dental visit last week and the dentist said your teeth look great, they are just a little slow coming in. You have 12 teeth now.
You love to say your animal sounds and you know a few shapes.
The dr called me today and wants to keep you on your high dose iron until the end of January. It's getting closer to normal range.
It was very hard to get you to take your picture this month. You refused to wear shoes or to even sit in your chair.
You love to go outside and will bring me your socks and shoes and demand they be put on. Once they are on its time to go. Doesn't matter the temperature you want outside. It may be a long winter:(

Busy weeks

It's been a busy week! I had orientation for the PRN job I got so we have been gone a lot.

Maddie loves the iPad and recently found some song apps that she really loves!

This one is if your happy and you know it.

Another new fav, the wheels on the bus.

Reading books with daddy on the iPad.

We headed to Branson last Saturday to see the Christmas lights at SDC. Before we got dressed Maddie was taking pictures of us on my phone.

Maddie and Daddy riding the bugs.

Waiting for the lights!

Maddie and I on the carousel.

She had a lot of fun! And this is how she was before we even got out of the parking lot.

Maddie those are some big shoes to fill.

Sassy pants!

Maddie using me as her seat so I can hold the iPad.

Playing Nurse like mommy.

Maddie had croup so I have been listening to her lungs quiet often so she wants to do the same.

Maddie had a dentist appointment this past week and they were having a turkey contest so we drew her hand and wrote what she was thankful for.

Playing video games at the dentist office.

The funny thing about this picture isn't that she's dressed up, it's that she has on a pull up over her clothes and tried to put another one on her leg.

Pushing bear around the house in the stroller.

We went to the Dr earlier this week for some complications with my pregnancy and found out that the baby didn't have a heartbeat and the Dr prepared us to lose the baby which followed that evening.

This is the hardest thing I have been through, but we will be ok. We have this little sweetie to keep us going!

She keeps me laughing! I was folding laundry and she was trying to wear it all before I could fold it.

The sun was in her eyes, she ended up falling asleep like this.

Me and my Little Turkey on Thanksgiving morning watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade on TV.

Talking with my family on Skype.

Maddie playing in her house with her babies.

I can't Love this picture enough. They make my life!

She brought me her shoes and when I put them on went to the back door so we went out to swing while Thanksgiving lunch was cooking.

Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Maddies Princess tree.

Our Precious Angel Baby's Ornament on our tree.

Too cold to swing but you can't tell a 19 month old that!

Playing with Legos in the floor.
