Baby Will kidney update 35 week ultrasound.

We didn't get the news we had hoped for today, but it could have been worse. His one kidney is larger from 7mm now to 9mm. The Dr said he hopes that is from it having to do double work and not a sign that it is going to be like the other kidney. The kidney that was 25mm now has a visible obstruction and is multi cystic which is showing signs that it is not functioning. It still has good blood flow. The Dr said the obstruction can be surgically repaired but he doesn't know if the kidney will function properly. So now we wait until our appointment with the Pediatric Urologist on Wednesday. He was 7lbs 3 ozs today. Only 12 more days!!!
